1. What sizes are available?

Our baby and kids’ winter clothing comes in sizes from 0–6 months up to 5 years. Each product page includes a detailed size guide.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your city. Karachi usually receives delivery faster.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order (unused, in original packaging). Please read our Return Policy for more details.

5. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking number from our courier partner.

6. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan — but we’re working on expanding soon!

7. What fabrics do you use?

We use soft, breathable cotton blends and fleece materials, perfect for keeping babies warm in winter.
